Since 2019, Northwoods Villa Inc. has offered person-centered assisted living and group home care throughout northern Minnesota. We provide home-like environments where residents receive support that reflects their needs, preferences, and daily routines.
With four homes in Grand Rapids and one in International Falls, our team remains committed to maintaining a safe, consistent, and comfortable setting for every individual we serve.
